ETB Tours Egypt Terms & Conditions:

We express our gratitude for choosing ETB Tours Egypt for your travel needs. It is a privilege to welcome you as a valued client. In any official business transaction, it is essential to establish terms and conditions that govern the agreement comprehensively. By booking one of our Tour Packages, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We kindly request you to thoroughly read and understand them to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Thank you for entrusting us with your travel arrangements.

Easy Booking Policy

Initiate your dream tour with a down payment of as low as 30% of the total cost. For special occasions like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining amount can be settled two days prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival – we've got every detail covered!

Secure Credit Card Payments "wire transfer or credit card (Visa™ or MasterCard™ Cards are accepted)."

To facilitate payment of your deposit or final amount through your Credit Card, our tour operators will generate a secured invoice. This ensures a seamless, secure, and straightforward transaction process. You are not required to share any Credit or Debit Card details with us. Simply utilize the secure link provided by us to complete the transaction via a protected payment gateway. Your financial information remains confidential and protected throughout the process.

Amendments by the Client:

Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability. If the full payment has been received, and/or voucher has been issued, NO administrative fees will be applied. Except in the flight tickets issue there will be an administrative fee.

Cancellations And Refunds policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing from email address used to register for the tour and will become effective on the date of receipt.The following scale of charges will be applied:

Case 1: for day tours or sightseeings in Egypt.

• 48 hours before your trip, the cancellation policy will be free.
• from 12 hours to 24 hours before your trip  the cancellation will be 50 % of the entire tour price.
• Less than 12 hours before your trip, the cncellation will be 100 % of the entire price. 

Case 2 : For tour packages 

• Firstly, the company will deduct amount of 50 usd as administrative fees.
• Secondly we should consider the following cancelation fees: 
  • Fair Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Periods)
    In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:
    • - From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
    • - 35% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
    • - 50% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
    • - 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
    • Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines' terms and conditions, and there's also a 5% bank fee on refunds.
• Fair Cancellation Fees for Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacation

In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:

• - From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

• - 50% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
• - 75% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
• - 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
• Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines' terms and conditions, and there's also a 5% bank fee on refunds.

Refunds:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment. No refunds are possible for No-Show

Force Majeure Policy:

At ETB Tours, your well-being and safety are paramount to us, leading us to tailor our cancellation policy to align with these core values. We recognize the unpredictability of external factors, such as government advisories or airline directives against travel to a specific destination. In such instances, should a NOT TO TRAVEL warning be issued, we extend a highly flexible cancellation policy.

In the event of such circumstances, we offer two alternatives: a full refund of the amount paid for the tour package or the option to convert your payment into future travel credits and a travel voucher. These credits can be utilized for any of our tour destinations, affording you the flexibility to apply them to new travel services.

Our system seamlessly adjusts reservations to reflect these travel credits automatically. It's important to note that only flight cancellation or changing fees, as per the airline's terms and conditions, are applicable, along with bank surcharge fees applied to the deposit amount paid. This ensures a fair and transparent process in unforeseen situations.

Accommodation ( Hotels & nile cruise and Etc) :

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Flights:

1. Domestic Flights: The price we quote is an average and the timing is approximate. Changes to your flight may result in changes to the price.
2. International Flights: We offer good rates from your home country to your desired destination.

Children Policy:

1st Policy: For Packages + Nile Cruises + Hotels

• 0 – 01.99 Free of Charge
• 6 – 11.99 50% of total tour cost
• 12+ Are considered adults
• If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child apply.

2nd Policy: For sightseeing tours & shore excursions

• 0 – 5.99 free of charge
• 6 – 11.99 50 % of total tour cost
• 12 + are considered adults
• If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child apply.

Limitation of Responsibility

• We want to emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, conflicts, or alterations made by hotels or airlines. Any additional costs incurred due to these factors are not covered by our services. We appreciate your understanding in recognizing the limitations of our responsibility in situations beyond our influence.
• ETB Tours Egypt is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour, except in cases of willful negligence.
• Participants are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during the tour.

Travel Insurance:

• Participants are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged belongings.

General Terms of Use

• Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
• If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.  
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
• Multiple transactions/bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
• Traveler are responsible for ensuring that they meet all entry requirements for the destination, including visas and vaccinations.
• Traveler must comply with local laws and customs throughout the tour.

Itinerary Changes:

• ETB Tours Egypt reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
• Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

Acceptance of the agreement:

Contractual Agreement: The company's acceptance of the client's booking, governed by the specified booking conditions, forms the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.

Payment Indicates Acceptance: Making a deposit or final payment through bank transfer or credit card signifies that tour participants have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions. It also implies their commitment to abide by these terms throughout the course of the agreement.
