My advice is to begin the journey in Cairo and having a 3 day interesting tour in Bahariya Oasis. Learn how the other side of Egypt is like and spend a night in the White Desert visit the magnificent Alexander Temple and Crystal Mountain.
Morning: If you make it a point to leave Cairo early in the morning then head straight for Bahriya Oases. After lunch at a local restaurant, a 4×4 Drive through black desert to Crystal Mountain and El Agabat.
Evening: Plan your travel so that you get to the White Desert just before the sun sets. As for the night, you will be accommodated in a Bedouin camp and also will be able to taste the traditional Bedouin food and listen to Bedouin songs.
Overnight: Bedouin campsite
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
Morning: Morning tour for fascinating village of El Qasr, Deir El Hagar and Mozawaka – the Roman burial site in the morning after breakfast. Continue with your journey to the Yellow Desert to see strange shapes including the Camel Rock for example.
Evening: In the morning, return to your camp in the White Desert where you will spend a second night camping and observing the stars.

Meals: Breakfast
Morning: Take some food in the morning at the campsite before packing because you are heading to Farafra Oasis. When arriving here it is recommended to take a shower before continuing further to Cairo.
Afternoon: This will entail a departure from Farafra Oasis and returning back to Cairo which will be the end of your adventurous desert trip.
