Overview

This is a biblical educational tour, you will have a bible qualified Egyptologist who will link bible world and Egypt.

Itinerary

Arrival to Cairo International airport. Meet & assist and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Buffet breakfast. Meet & assist by our representative to visit Alexandria which is a city located 200 km west of Cairo built by Alexander the Great 330 B.C. It is known as pearl of the Mediterranean, it is the second largest Egyptian city.  It has many attractions like the site of the lighthouse (Qaitbay Fortress) of Alexandria, the famous modern Library of  Alexandria, the Montazah Palace ( The Royal Egyptian family palace ) Catacomb of Kom El Shokafa ( The largest catacomb of Africa and one of the most preserved in the world), Pompey's Pillar. Back to Cairo. Overnight. 
 

Buffet breakfast. We will visit the main Coptic cathedrals there we will visit the  Grave of  apostle Mark as it was brought to Egypt from Venice in 1968. Visit Old Cairo to view the house where the Holy Family lived for several years, St. Serguis Coptic Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue and the famous Hanging Church. Lunch at local restaurant. Back to hotel. Overnight.
 

Buffet breakfast, start the tour to visit the first capital of united Egypt, MEMPHIS, here you will see the temple of PTAH, the statue of Ramses II & An alabaster Sphinx, nearby visit one of the most exciting archaeological sites, SAKKARA, this necropolis is dominated by the step Pyramids of King Zoser, which predate the famous Pyramids at Giza by centuries and contain exquisite paintings depicting the file and customs of the early dynastic period. Back to hotel. Overnight.
 

Buffet breakfast. We check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport to take the flight to Luxor. Meet & assist in Luxor Airport. Then, start our tour of the East Bank of the Nile including the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Afterwards transfer to our Nile Boat. Lunch on board, afternoon at leisure. Dinner on board, after dinner a Nubian Show in the showroom and overnight in Luxor.

After breakfast we visit the West Bank of the Nile including the Valley of the Kings to visit 3 tombs, Hatshepsut’s Temple at Al Deir El Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Dinner & overnight.

Breakfast on board. Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo to see the temple dedicated to the crocodiles and shared by two gods Sobek and Harories. Lunch, dinner and overnight on board.

Breakfast on board. Visit the High Dam and the lovely temple of Philae. This temple was also moved with help from UNESCO when they built the High Dam. Afternoon felucca trip passing by the botanical gardens and the Aga Khan Mausoleum. Optional tour to the Nubian Village. Dinner and overnight on board.

Check-out from the boat after breakfast. Optional tour to the famous Temples of Abu Simbel which is so near the Sudanese borders, it is Egypt southern most town, 280 km south of Aswan city on lake Nasser, it is famous for the two temples of Ramses II and his wife queen Nefertari. Transfer to the Airport to take the flight back to Cairo. Meet & assist at the International Airport. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Buffet breakfast. Start your visit to one of the Seven Wonders of the world, the Pyramids of Giza "CHEOPS, MEKERINUS & CHEPHREN" Your tour ends with a visit of the majestic Sphinx, which is the largest single block sculpture located at the foot of the grandest Pyramid Chephren. Visit the famous Egyptian Museum. Here we shall provide you with a brief but colorful insight into the thousand year history of our fascinating land. Back to hotel. Overnight.

Early morning departure; follow Moses' exodus journey. On the way to Sinai we will stop at the Suez Canal which links the Mediterranean and Red Seas. From there we will cross from Africa to Asia where we will visit Marah where Moses took a wooden log and threw it into the water making the bitter water sweet. We will then drive to Elim where manna and quail came from heaven. Then we will drive to Raphadime where in the book of Exodus Moses sent Joshua to fight the Amalakites. There Moses built an altar that he called 'Lord is my Banner'. Arrival to Sinai, dinner and overnight in Sinai (St. Catherine)

Early morning climb up Mount Sinai before sunrise. While you are ascending Mount Sinai walking or by camel, you will pass by a great Greek orthodox Monastery known St, Catherine it's fame isn't only because it is ancient, but also it lies at the foot of mount Sinai and it houses the burning bush. The Monastery which is dated back to 4th century A.D was built by Constantine. It has a great architecture, amazing icons and the spirituality is beyond description. From there, we will drive to Taba which is the Egyptian - Israeli border on the way to Taba which is one and half hour away from Sinai, we will drive by Haziroth, the place where Moses sister Mariam was kept away for Leprosy. Then, we will have lunch at a hotel by the Red Sea where you can put your feet in the water. From this point, the options are two, either drive back to Cairo or you will have a transfer to Israel border of Eilat. The Drive to Eilat from the restaurant is an hour & the drive back to Cairo is more than 06 hours. End of the tour or back to Cairo for an extra night.
