Dahabiya Gardenia Nile Cruise

Day 1: Arrive Luxor - Esna 

Early morning pick up from Luxor (Airport / Hotel / Train station). Start your day with a visit to the Karnak Temple, the biggest and most important temple in ancient Egypt. Cross the Nile to the west bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, 3 tombs, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. After the tour drive to Esna to board your Dahabiya Nile Cruise. The crew will welcome you on board and take your luggage to your cabins. Sail to El Hegz Island where the Dahabiya will moor for the night. Dinner on the sundeck or by the river. Overnight on board. Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2: El Hegz – Edfu 

Breakfast on board while sailing to Edfu, arrive around noon. Horse and carriage ride to visit Edfu Temple one of the biggest and most impressive monuments in Egypt. Lunch on board and sail enjoying the beautiful and magical views of the River Nile, green fertile landscapes sugar cane fields, banana and date palm trees. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Silsila – Kom Ombo 

Early morning sail to gebel el silsila and breakfast on board Shore excursion to the ancient pharaonic quarries of silsila and the rock cut temple of Horemheb. From the top of the mountain enjoy the views Sail to kom ombo for dinner and overnight. 

Day 4: Kom Ombo – Aswan 

Sail to Kom Ombo. After breakfast visit Kom Ombo Temples and explore the temple of Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and Sobek (Crocodile God). This double temple has symmetric entrances, halls and sanctuaries. Lunch on board and sail to Aswan city, spend the rest of the day sailing to Aswan west bank. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5: Disembarkation, Aswan Excursions & Departure 

Transfer disembark after breakfast and visit the unfinished obelisk, the high dam and Philae Temple island later transfer to your next destination in aswan (Hotel, Airport, train station).
