Holy Family in Egypt Tours Package

After breakfast your ETB Tours Egypt rep will pick you up from your hotel to start your tour of Cairo. First stop is the Giza Pyramids where you will visit the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. You can opt to enter any of the pyramids for extra. Then to the Panorama area for great photo opportunities before visiting the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Next stop is the Egyptian Museum to see the treasures of King Tutankhamen. After lunch at local restaurant you will have time to shop at Khan el Khalili Bazaar. Back to your hotel for overnight.
 

After breakfast start the Holy Family Journey in Egypt. First stop is Tel Basta, 100 km northeast of Cairo where Jesus is said to have created a spring of water. Visit the Holy Well then to Belbeis, 55 km from Cairo where the Holy Family rested under the Virgin Mary’s Tree. Visit Saint George Church then back to Cairo for lunch and overnight.
 

Breakfast at your hotel then to Sakha, 140 km north of Cairo. Visit the Virgin Mary Church and see the footprint of Jesus. Then to Samanoud where the Holy Family was received with love. Visit Saint Abanoub Church and the holy well. Lunch in Tanta city then back to Cairo for the night.

After breakfast to Wadi El-Natrun, famous for its monasteries. Visit the monasteries of Al-Baramus, Anba Makar, Anba Bishoi, and El-Suryan each with rich Christian heritage. Lunch on the way back to Cairo then back to your hotel for overnight.

Breakfast then visit Cairo’s famous churches. The Hanging Church, Abu Serga Church, St. George Church and the Fortress of Babylon. Then to the Virgin Mary Church in Mostorod and the Holy Well and Mary Tree in Matariya. Lunch at local restaurant then back to your hotel for overnight.

Breakfast then to the Church of the Holy Virgin Mary in Maadi where the Holy Family is said to have boarded a boat to Upper Egypt. Then to El Minya, 3 hours drive, to visit the cliffside church at Gabal Al Teir. Overnight in Minya.

Enjoy breakfast before visiting the White Monastery, built by St. Shenouda. Then, visit Al Muharraq Monastery in Assiut, where the Holy Family stayed for over six months. back to Cairo. Overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo.
